Hello. Did you feel the shift? The Gemini Full Moon on December 10th was the Whirlpool Moon. The eclipse seemed to intensify it. Did you notice how everyone scattered to the four winds? A slow "regathering" is already starting. There was also a distribution of wisdom through this "vortex". With wisdom, comes hard work and change. Hopefully, you've been working on knowing yourself, getting in tune with yourself and the Earth.
This spinning vortex of wisdom and change is a wonderful thing to be embraced, rather than feared. If you fear it and resist it, you will become at dis-ease. This will manifest in physical illness, if left unaddressed. This "spinning out" of old thought patterns and "weaving in" of wisdom looks like it will continue at this intense level through February, into March. The dam of pressure will burst in March. In other words, that which you have been working on, will manifest in March. So, be careful what you wish for. Keep the thoughts positive and focused, at the same time find balance with silliness and joy.
This is our "set-up" for 2012. By March, if you have avoided "jumping-in" and "going with the flow", the rest of the year will be very, very harsh. In hypnosis, it's called an "abreaction". That's when the physical body reacts to the subconscious rejecting a suggestion. That is tiny, compared to the "abreaction" you'll have without acceptance and self-love in 2012.
Self-esteeming is key right now. Be sure to know who you are. Love and accept yourself. Esteem comes from the self. Getting it from outside sources is unstable and unhealthy. The world will get harsher as people fight to hold onto old belief systems and stay in their comfort zones.
If you're on the right path, be prepared to be unpopular. People are more comfortable conforming to society rather than being themselves. Forgiveness of self and others is essential.
You will need a whole lot of patience this next year to deal with all of the subconscious reactions from all around. They will be amplified.
Looking forward to the challenge set before me, for it will bring great joy and healing. I am grateful for it and embrace it with enthusiasm!

Today's Energy Flow 12-4-11
Hello everyone. It's a little cold outside . . . in more ways than one. The general energy seems to be very unbalanced and rigid. I see people over-reacting to outer stimuli and inner tapes. Alot of "flapping in the wind". Racing about, without much direction. Attempting to control everything around them.
Even the animals seems to be particularly "needy" and jumpy today. As soon as I put out the cat food this morning, 20 or so birds immediately and aggressively descended upon the bowl. All the cats, birds and dogs in the neighborhood, have been upset and jumpy since last night around 5ish. It really helps to observe nature, to get in tune with the flow.
Many ups and downs today, with the energy and earth shifting. Reaching out to old patterns and habits, even if they're harmful. The subconscious grasping and attempting to regain control. As within, so without.
View your outer and inner worlds today. Are you going with the flow and allowing your intuition be your guide? Or are you letting your ego rule and lead you? Are you wagging your index or ego fingers at people? Are you saying "should" alot? If so, maybe the ego needs to be checked. Are you feeling tense and agitated? Maybe go with the flow?
Jump in, enjoy and trust in the process of life.

Today's Energy Flow 12-2-11 and the rest of the year
Today's energy is very "Hermit" like and scattered . . . . have you noticed? Just take a look at the traffic. Scattered, staggered, dangerous and unaware. There are many elements in play. Too many for me to wrap my mind around. One that is standing out is the wind here in Southern California.
"Mother Nature" is clearing out the cobwebs, cleaning the air, clearing away debris, letting go of the old to make room for the new. As the land we live on changes, so do we. If we resist this opportunity to "attune" with Mother Nature, it only makes it harder when the next shift occurs. She is telling us to let go of the old ways, old belief systems, strict systems, control and fear (to name a few).
Are you going to follow "Her" lead? Get rid of all the old "junk" that's weighing you down, on all levels? Yes, that means going through those boxes that have been sealed for 5 years. Are you ready to make room for love, acceptance, kindness, success, health, wealth, family and more.
Letting go of ALL the old, toxic stuff. Excess weight that holds old cells with low vibrations and unconsciously programmed DNA. Bad habits that damage your health. Eating tons of processed foods will lower your vibration and make it harder to attune to the Earth. The less going on between your food source and table, the better. Straight off the tree, out of the ground, from a local farm. Garbage in, garbage out. It's so true. Some ways to raise your vibration: eating healthy, listening to pleasing sounds, exercising, meditating, get enough sleep, listen to your body, be kind to yourself and others, snuggle an animal, hug a tree, get in the ocean, BREATHE. There are so many ways, find what works for you.
Jump into the "River of Life". Go with the flow. "Resistance is futile". It's like quicksand, the more we struggle and attempt to control, the deeper we are pulled in and the harder it is to be helped out.
Learning to let go, accept and love is the route I am on. As hard as that is, it's much easier and less painful than going against the grain and the flow of nature. I will also be cleaning out my garage and closets, to get rid of old and stagnant "vibrations" and make way for new doors to be opened or re-opened.
The rest of this year is about releasing the ties that bind. Untangle the threads of illusion and reweave the web of life. Surrender to the process of life. Trust in the process of life.
